I love taking photos when I'm out there especially when I'm in the nature. I wish to capture the beauty of the nature with the very limited photography skills that I learned from previous photography classes.
For me, photography is the best way to capture the memories before they slip away from our mind. By focusing on photo-taking, we tend to observe everything that is happening around us better. We will appreciate every tiny details in the surroundings. Most importantly, we get to rest our mind when we are taking photos. It is definitely the best way to relax ourselves while escaping from the bustling city.

Cinemagraph

During a photography class, when I was in the university, we were assigned to complete a final project, which is to create our own advertising cinemagraph. In this class, I learned about WHAT a cinemagraph is and WHY it is becoming a trend in the world now. (people often mistake it as cinematograph)
I believe that it is far more convincing than static posters in advertising wise. It is more than a photo but less than a video. It is like a photo brought to life!
Why is it getting so much attention?
It is very interesting. For me, when I was producing the cinemagraph it actually excited me. I had an idea and I couldn't wait to see the end result. Let alone, the audience and viewers who see the cinemagraph. Every successful cinemagraph is indeed creative because trust me, it ain't easy to create an idea that could get a perfect loop in the end. The stages from the beginning to the end are equally challenging. Post production has to make sure that the loop is smooth, seamless and doesnt look weird.
